Exodus International describes themselves as an organization dedicated to, "Mobilizing the body of Christ to minister grace and truth to a world impacted by homosexuality." And now, that includes iPhone apps. Apple, who carries the app on their website, is feeling a lot of heat from LGBT groups, who say that the app promotes homophobia. Or as one reviewer put it, "This is hate-based initiative of the fanatical religious right intending to brainwash and emotionally destroy gay and lesbian people by coercing them to hate themselves based on their natural sexual orientation." Yuk Ho Chan was taking an early morning walk through Prospect Park yesterday when she was attacked by two Rottweilers, whose owner had them on leashes but was unable to control them. Andrew Cuomo directed the operation at DOT checkpoints as part of his order to investigate the Bronx crash of the tour bus, which was serving casino customers, while stepping up enforcement of all tour buses statewide." State DOT spokeswoman Deb Rausch said of the 14 failed inspections, "This is quite extraordinary."... Little Kymell Oram, who was found unconcious and seriously bruised and has a broken rib, a ruptured spleen and other injuries, is in critical condition at Brookdale University Hospital. Foster mother Teyunna Cummings, 32, had left the child in the care of Kysheen Oliver and Cummings' friend told the NY Times, "She thought the baby was having a reaction to asthma.
